The client is a health care and beauty care chain store.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
- Language: Mandarin (Preferred)
What you'll be doing on the job
Job Scope:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, live chat, email.
- Assist with customer inquiries & resolve customer complaints.
- Update and maintain customer interaction in CRM systems and database.
Requirements:
- Have experience in customer service would be advantage.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- Speak fluently in English.
- East Malaysian (Sabah & Sarawak) highly encouraged to apply.
