More than 1 year of experience in Desktop Support.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
Knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and enterprise apps.
Build, test, and maintain Windows 10/11 and macOS images, configurations, and application deployments.
Lead endpoint lifecycle management including provisioning, patching, upgrades, and decommissioning.
Manage device enrollment methods (Autopilot, Azure AD join, Hybrid join).
Improve end-user computing experience and device stability.
Support VIP users and business-critical endpoints when required.
Manage hardware standards and refresh cycles.
Use ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira) for incident, problem, and change management.
