What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • More than 1 year of experience in Desktop Support.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.

  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and enterprise apps.

What you'll be doing on the job

 

  • Build, test, and maintain Windows 10/11 and macOS images, configurations, and application deployments.

  • Lead endpoint lifecycle management including provisioning, patching, upgrades, and decommissioning.

  • Manage device enrollment methods (Autopilot, Azure AD join, Hybrid join).

  • Improve end-user computing experience and device stability.

  • Support VIP users and business-critical endpoints when required.

  • Manage hardware standards and refresh cycles.

  • Use ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira) for incident, problem, and change management.

  • Mentor junior engineers.
