What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Knowledge of Life, ILP, and Term insurance products
• Familiarity with New Business and Policy Servicing functions
• Experience in UAT testing
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight timelines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

What you'll be doing on the job

• Collaborate with the Product Delivery Committee to support the rollout of new products
• Represent the New Business/Policy Servicing team in product discussions and meetings
• Gather and define business requirements to ensure operational needs are met
• Work with the Technology team on UAT planning, execution, and sign-off
• Monitor post-implementation progress to ensure smooth product rollout
• Prepare and conduct training for New Business/Policy Servicing teams on new products
• Document product handling rules in SOPs and user guides
