What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Diploma or equivalent; Certificate of General Insurance (CGI) preferred.
• Experience in outbound telemarketing or sales, ideally in insurance or financial services.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and sales processes.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote insurance products.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide accurate product information and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with MAS regulations and internal compliance standards.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Support retention campaigns and upsell opportunities as directed by the team leader.
