What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma holder in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in bank operations/settlements/back office
• Basic knowledge of Wealth Management & Treasury Products
• Possess basic accounting knowledge, detail oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in work
• Team player who is comfortable in supporting senior officers and rotating duties
• Ability and willingness to learn new products, systems, and regulatory requirements
• Singaporeans only

What you'll be doing on the job

• Process and validate Wealth Management investment transactions (equities, bonds, funds, FX, structured products, and derivatives where applicable)
• Handle trade booking, confirmation, settlement, and post-trade processing
• Monitor transaction statuses and resolve breaks or settlement issues
• Prepare client statements, portfolio reports, and transaction confirmations
• Assist in processing treasury products including Foreign Exchange and Money Market
• Process swift payments and ensure timely and accurate payments
• Investigate and ensure non-receipt/non-payment of funds are monitored, follow-up and resolved
• Check and match all trade confirmations including follow-up on any unconfirmed transactions
• Assist in UAT and other ad-hoc projects
