What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail account management, FMCG, or distribution

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for sales analysis and reporting

• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Japanese (N1 or N2) is a plus

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player

• Immediate Available preferred

What you'll be doing on the job

• Manage and grow key retail accounts, including supermarkets, department stores, distributors, and independent stores

• Develop strong client relationships with buyers and category managers to drive sales performance

• Handle new product listings, ensuring compliance with local regulatory and documentation requirements

• Negotiate trade terms (pricing, rebates, promotions) and execute in-store marketing activities and campaigns

• Analyze sales data, manage demand forecasts, and coordinate with supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels

• Support daily sales operations, including order management, delivery coordination, and resolving client issues
