What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Results-oriented, target-driven, and motivated by financial rewards.

• Proven sales experience in education, recruitment, insurance, property, luxury retail, banking, fitness, or other high-touch sales environments. Experience as an Education Consultant is an advantage.

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Confidence in handling objections and closing sales.

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong resilience.

• Fluent Cantonese is required; English and Mandarin are advantageous.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Consult with students and parents to understand their academic goals and education needs.

• Recommend suitable overseas education pathways and application services.

• Build strong relationships with prospective clients and guide them through the decision-making process.

• Follow up on leads, handle inquiries, and convert opportunities into enrollments.

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective consultative selling.

• Maintain accurate client records and provide a high level of customer service throughout the journey.
