What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in HR operations, employee relations, disciplinary handling, or compliance-related roles will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of misconduct management processes and disciplinary procedures.
- Ability to review, validate, and process sensitive case documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Experience in handling end-to-end case management, including follow-through until closure (e.g., suspension or termination actions).
What you'll be doing on the job
Job Description:
- Validate and process misconduct reports submitted from various departments in SPX
- Verify and ensure ID suspension/termination post disciplinary process
- Work closely with internal / external stakeholders on end-to-end disciplinary process
- Performs other related duties as assigned
