Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields.
3-5 years of working experience or more in production warehousing industry required
What you'll be doing on the job
Coordinate all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of shipment documentation.
Release outgoing shipments to appointed freight forwarders and arrange local deliveries.
Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and hauliers to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution.
Perform daily warehouse operations including: Inbound activities (goods receiving, container loading/unloading), Outbound activities (picking and packing), General material handling.
Execute warehouse tasks in line with operational requirements and priorities.
Manage daily warehouse activities supporting production, including inbound, storage, picking, issuing, and returns of raw materials, packaging materials, WIP, and finished goods.
Ensure timely and accurate material issuance to production lines in accordance with production schedules.
Oversee WIP movements between production stages and ensure proper documentation.
Perform all SAP transactions accurately and on a timely basis, including goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, and RMA-related movements.
Ensure all material movements are correctly reflected in the system.
Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP R/3 / S/4 HANA or other ERP systems.
Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and lead physical stock takes.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, variances, and root causes.
Ensure all warehouse and shipment documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with Company policies.
Maintain, file, and archive all incoming and outgoing documents in accordance with record-keeping requirements and audit standards.
Work closely with Production, Planning, Quality, Procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
Support internal and external audits related to warehouse and inventory processes.
Prepare and submit operational reports (inventory status, stock variances, KPIs).
Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly warehouse environment.
Comply with workplace safety, housekeeping, and operational standards at all times.
Review and support improvements to warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound and production workflows.
Collaborate closely with warehouse team members and internal departments to support operational needs.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Logistics Manager and Plant Manager.
