What you'll be doing on the job

HR Operations Management

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the HR function, ensuring timely and accurate execution of HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and contract administration.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all HR operational activities.

HRIS & Systems Oversight

  • Manage and optimize the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and user accessibility.
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to implement system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and enhance functionality.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Oversee payroll processing in coordination with the payroll service provider, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, renewals, and vendor coordination.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws, data protection regulations, and internal policies.
  • Lead internal audits and support external audits related to HR operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and proactively address compliance risks.

Process Improvement & Auto

  • Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and lead initiatives to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics such as headcount, turnover, time-to-hire, and employee engagement.
  • Provide actionable insights to HR leadership and business units based on data analysis.

Employee Lifecycle Support

  • Ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle events, including promotions, transfers, contract renewals, and terminations.
  • Support HR Business Partners in managing complex employee relations cases from an operational standpoint.

Collaboration with HR Business Partners (APAC)

  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners and Commercial Leaders across the APAC region to support the Year-End Evaluation (YEE) process, ensuring timely and accurate data submission and system readiness.
  • Coordinate the operational rollout of regional and global HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with local requirements and effective communication across markets.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with external HR service providers (e.g., payroll vendors, benefits brokers, background check providers).
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, including Country HR Business Partners.

Project Management

  • Lead or support cross-functional HR projects such as system implementations, policy rollouts, and organization changes.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
