- Bachelor's degree (or above)
- Over 10 years of HR operations experience and/or HR business partnering, preferably in a multinational company
- Strong executional knowledge of HR systems
- Proven experience in process improvement and compliance management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of HR software and databases, proficient in MS Office

What you'll be doing on the job
HR Operations Management
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the HR function, ensuring timely and accurate execution of HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and contract administration.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all HR operational activities.
HRIS & Systems Oversight
- Manage and optimize the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and user accessibility.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to implement system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and enhance functionality.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Oversee payroll processing in coordination with the payroll service provider, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, renewals, and vendor coordination.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws, data protection regulations, and internal policies.
- Lead internal audits and support external audits related to HR operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and proactively address compliance risks.
Process Improvement & Auto
- Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and lead initiatives to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics such as headcount, turnover, time-to-hire, and employee engagement.
- Provide actionable insights to HR leadership and business units based on data analysis.
Employee Lifecycle Support
- Ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle events, including promotions, transfers, contract renewals, and terminations.
- Support HR Business Partners in managing complex employee relations cases from an operational standpoint.
Collaboration with HR Business Partners (APAC)
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners and Commercial Leaders across the APAC region to support the Year-End Evaluation (YEE) process, ensuring timely and accurate data submission and system readiness.
- Coordinate the operational rollout of regional and global HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with local requirements and effective communication across markets.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with external HR service providers (e.g., payroll vendors, benefits brokers, background check providers).
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, including Country HR Business Partners.
Project Management
- Lead or support cross-functional HR projects such as system implementations, policy rollouts, and organization changes.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
