Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, contracts, and documentation
Process customer orders and coordinate delivery timelines
Maintain and update CRM/customer databases
Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance tracking
Calls to leads generated/ handle customer inquiries and follow up on requests
Assist in tender submissions and sales presentations
Update on pricing, and product availability
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes
Organise and support internal and external events, webinars, roadshows, including attendees’ tracking, lead database consolidation, and post-event follow-up
To prepare quotations and send them to respective teams for follow up
To handle the first-level replies for the mailbox and forward any potential leads to us.
