Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• ITE/ Diploma in Facilities Management / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Building Services or equivalent.
• 2 years relevant Facilities Operation experience in a FM service provider / factories / owner.
• FSM / ECO / other FM and Safety related certificates will have added advantage.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Lead a team of technicians to execute all facilities management activities effectively
• Supervise and perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for building trades to ensure operational reliability
• Conduct routine building inspections to identify defects and initiate corrective actions
• Coordinate and oversee contractors to ensure repair and maintenance works meet specifications and safety standards
• Verify completion of maintenance jobs and maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance records
• Assist in alteration and addition (A&A), upgrading, and improvement projects to enhance building systems
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely closure of all work orders to maintain operational efficiency
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations and building standards to safeguard personnel and property
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support facilities management objectives
