What requirements you'll need to be eligible

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations management within the luxury fashion industry.
3. Proven leadership skills with experience managing and motivating high-performing teams.
4. Strong understanding of luxury retail standards, customer service excellence, and inventory management.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English; additional Asia-Pacific languages are a plus.
6. Ability to analyze sales data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
7. Proficient in retail management software and MS Office Suite.
8. Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
9. Willingness to travel within the Asia-Pacific region as required.
10. Passion for fashion and a strong appreciation of luxury brand values and aesthetics.

What you'll be doing on the job

As the In-Store Operations Manager for a prestigious luxury fashion house in Hong Kong you will oversee the daily retail operations to ensure seamless execution of the brand’s high standards. You will lead and develop store teams to deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the company’s heritage and modernity. Your role includes optimizing store performance, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and operational policies. You will collaborate closely with regional management and cross-functional teams to implement sales strategies and elevate the in-store customer experience, maintaining our position as a leader in the luxury fashion market.
