Experience leading large-scale digital service improvement projects with AI and automation components.

Lead and support digitalisation and process improvement projects to enhance business operations and customer outcomes.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and technology solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
Analyse business requirements and work with stakeholders to develop and implement effective digital solutions.
Review and optimise end-to-end customer and operational processes to improve service quality and productivity.
Utilise data analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage project deliverables, risks, timelines, and implementation activities.
Support change management activities, including user engagement, training, and adoption of new technologies.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.
