What you'll be doing on the job

Order Processing Admin Up to $1800 (Office Hours Only)

Location: One raffles place
Salary: $1600-$1800
Working hours:  mon to fri 9am-6pm
Duration: 3 months convertible to perm

Description:
- Monitor all order raising process and ensure that its completed timely
- Raise escalations for any order delays
- Ensure the order raising meets expected SLA and targets
- Key in information and remarks of customers into CRM system
- Maintain customer database

Requirement:
- Min N Levels
- Prior processing / admin experience preferred
- Able to work long term
