- Prior Ops/ Logistics Admin experience preferred

What you'll be doing on the job

Logistics Admin 

Salary: Up to $2400

Working hours: Mon to Fri, Office Hours 

Description:

  • Support the manager in placing order for existing and new product launches 
  • Order fulfilment and coordination of incoming shipment to SCM for allocation and for internal purchase
  • Work with the manager to support on the demand and supply requirement for assigned product
  • Support the manager to plan and forecast on the quantity required to attain the sales target
  • Churn out the consignment report monthly and send to vendor timely for endorsement and follow up on claims for rebate etc
  • Update daily, weekly and monthly report/ files on the product assigned take up rate and monitor open purchase orders status
  • Liaise with vendor to get the product specs and images (SPS template) etc to upload into Company respective system 
  • Update trade in pricing by benchmarking against competitors and uploaded into respective system monthly
  • Follow up with SCM bi weekly on the trade in report on the bidding performance
  • Support on preparing flyers for the product assigned / trade in during trade shows or ad hoc printing
