What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Min A Level or Diploma holder
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Address queries from customers, brokers or agents through phone or e-mail.
  • Assist in acknowledging submissions received from customers and intermediaries
  • Assist in following up the status of new business and renewal quotes to customers and intermediaries
  • Provide customers and brokers with product profiles as necessary and promote AIG website
  • Timely mailing of renewal notices and policy documents to policyholders and/or intermediaries.
  • Assist underwriters in the preparation of booking instructions to be sent to shared services for issuance of policy and booking of premiums.
  • Assist underwriters in minimizing errors in issuance of policy documents.
  • Enters client information and policy details in booking system
