What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Diploma in any field

What you'll be doing on the job

• Conduct Sanction Checks, prepare Claim’s statistics for renewal
• Obtain background information on potential new customers and conduct market research or researcj on type of cargo and their risks in transportation or conduct google check on the auction price of an art piece for underwriting consideration etc.
• Prepare statistics from data extracted from Clickview
• Extract information from IHS – and submit the vessel profile to underwriters for their consideration
• Update GN2, upload documents into Work view
• Search for policy documents in Work view
• Extract information from proposal form and fill out quotation template for submission to underwriters for them to formulate a quote. (Training will be provided)
• Help to check policy wordings against quotation slips and to point out discrepancies and errors to underwriters.
• Help to check details of the Certificate of Insurance against bill of lading, letter of credit, invoices and packing list. (Training will be provided)
• For clients that require manual certificate of insurance, help prepare the certificate of insurance for underwriters’ approval
• Help check endorsements prepared by processing team.
• Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.
