What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Minimum GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Prior retail supervisory experience preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to commit on Weekends and Public Holidays
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Coach, train and motivate retail assistants in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to guests and answer guest queries on store/ park related matters;
  • Actively acquire and demonstrate product knowledge and recommend suitable merchandise to guests;
  • Gather and share feedback on product quality, pricing etc and feedback to Managers for follow up;
  • Upkeep visual displays of merchandise and recommend changes if needed;
  • Support and execute product launches and campaigns;
  • Work with Managers to meet financial targets (e.g. sales targets, reduce losses);
  • Assist in periodic stocktakes and ensure stock accountability;
  • Plan and execute stock ordering, reducing loss of sales opportunities;
  • Operate SAP and point-of-sales system, ensuring accuracy in inventory and revenue collection in compliance of standard operating procedures; 
  • Plan staff coverage and ensure accuracy in staff attendance reporting; and
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
