Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Has more than 2 years of Interaction Design ( IxD ) or User Experience (UX) experience, with a strong work portfolio that demonstrates systematic, creative design thinking, and deep understanding of UI design and UX normalities.
• Has good understanding of information design, information architecture and user psychology.
• Has proficient in graphic design, motion graphics, and digital art.
• Has experienced in working with a cross-functional team or large-scale software development lifecycle, including waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
• Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes 

What you'll be doing on the job

• Execute research activities, analyse research findings and identify user's problem
• Apply design heuristics and information organisation practices to improve access and findability
• Design high-fidelity, intuitive and self-revealing products
• Design multiple interfaces, including mobile, desktop, voice, and conversation
• Apply universal design techniques to achieve inclusivity
• Test products to make sure they are useful and usable
• Create designs that address different use scenarios and maintain the design system
• Understand user's journey and translate design concept into user flows, Lofi and Hifi prototype
• Present design concept and user flows to business and IT stakeholders for discussion and feedback
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
• Other responsibilities entailed.
