What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Diploma/Degree in Business or any other relevant courses
- Required to speak in English & Cantonese (Writing & Reading simplified Chinese is an added advantage)
- >2 years experienced in insurance specializing in General insurance (Healthcare/Medical will be an added advantage)
What you'll be doing on the job
Here’s what you’ll be doing day-to-day:
1. Generate different reports and network summaries on regular and ad hoc basis.
2. Handle movement notices and update internal systems.
3. Create and maintain provider records, provider related codes and contract details in internal systems.
4. Support onboarding of new providers.
5. Send notification email to internal parties on "Large Hospital Claim" cases.
6. Handle contract renewals and maintain system reference data.
7. Check claims status upon receiving enquiries from network providers.
7. Ensure all data entries and system updates are accurate and completed on time.
8. Make calls to network providers upon ad hoc request.
