What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Minimum 5 years experience in Real Estate Direct Investment with a related Bachelor's Degree or above 
• Redevelopment and land matters experience preferred 
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with good judgement knowing how to juggle multiple priorities
• Ideally with overseas experience, but not a must

What you'll be doing on the job

• Highly involved in HK redevelopment projects & overseas investments
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis for investment opportunities, including conducting market research and performing fundamental analysis
• Support the deal execution, including due diligence, valuation, transaction document. 
• Work with both internal and external parties for post-acquisition management
