What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Minimum 5 years experience in Real Estate Direct Investment with a related Bachelor's Degree or above
- Redevelopment and land matters experience preferred
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with good judgement knowing how to juggle multiple priorities
- Ideally with overseas experience, but not a must
What you'll be doing on the job
- Highly involved in HK redevelopment projects & overseas investments
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis for investment opportunities, including conducting market research and performing fundamental analysis
- Support the deal execution, including due diligence, valuation, transaction document.
- Work with both internal and external parties for post-acquisition management
