Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• At least 7 years of experience as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant, with strong experience in full-cycle implementations

What you'll be doing on the job

• Lead SAP FICO design, configuration, and deployment based on business and regulatory requirements.

• Manage end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, including blueprinting, requirement gathering, gap analysis, and testing.

• Design and optimize core financial processes such as GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating business needs into effective SAP solutions.

• Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PS, HCM) and third-party applications.

• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO users, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

• Drive enhancements and custom developments in collaboration with ABAP, BASIS, and Security teams.

• Ensure compliance with financial standards including IFRS, GAAP, tax regulations, SOX, and internal controls.

• Oversee testing, data migration, and reconciliation during SAP rollouts, upgrades, and UAT phases.

• Lead projects and mentor junior consultants, while staying up-to-date on SAP S/4HANA Finance innovations and best practices.
