Requirements :

• HKALE / HKDSE or equivalent with full certificate, diploma holder is preferred
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in Sales or Customer Service Fields
• Good interpersonal, communication and telephone handling skills
• Self-motivated, customer-focused and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient PC skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Reporting to Industry Development Manager, you will be responsible for providing quality sales support services to Global Account Managers.

Responsibilities:

• Sell and provide after-sales services to our customers, such as pro-active monitoring of shipments, handling special requests and resolving customers’ enquiries
• Support various sales teams by working closely with sales staff and liaising with other departments to meet customers’ needs
• Assist in preparing different reports and providing support for other sales activities
