工作职责:
1. 负责前台接待,热情迎接来访人员,解答咨询。
2. 接听电话,礼貌转接并做好来电记录。
3. 管理文件收发,登记快递、信件,及时分发。
4. 维护前台区域整洁,确保办公设备正常运行。
5. 协助会议准备,支持公司活动开展。
6. 管理,跟踪采购申请单并处理各类月结账单。
7. 办公室固定资产管理
