What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Minimum Qualification: SPM or equivalent.
- Language: Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to speak Mandarin or other Chinese dialects is an added advantage.
- Experience: Sales experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Other Requirements:
- Possess own transport (car) and a valid driving license.
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays if required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
What you'll be doing on the job
As a Direct Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling company’s high-speed fiber internet packages directly to residential and commercial customers. You will actively engage in door-to-door sales, roadshows, and events—contributing to the company’s customer base expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Fiber Internet products to targeted customer segments.
- Conduct door-to-door sales, roadshows, and outstation campaigns to maximize outreach.
- Attend briefings, product training, and team sales meetings.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and report daily/weekly updates to the supervisor.
- Travel across states as required for sales activities.
