What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- A University Degree in any discipline, preferably in healthcare or health administration or insurance related practise with 2-3years experience in life insurance company or large organisation.
- Skills required insurance industry knowledge, insurance products knowledge/feature, claims practice, good business communications, good analytical skills and etc
What you'll be doing on the job
- Access claims in accordance with the policy terms and conditions
- Efficient claims handling to ensure meeting claims cycle time and paying accurately
- Handling agents & client enquiries and complaints
