What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis within international brokerage or trading environments.

• Strong domain knowledge in Asian capital markets (HK, SG, CN), including equities, derivatives, FX, and structured products.

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (HK SFC, SG MAS) and market infrastructures.

• Exceptional communication skills in English and Chinese; Mandarin fluency is essential.

• Proven ability to manage projects, write clear documentation, and work in Agile environments.

• Analytical mind-set with a proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Translate complex trading and settlement requirements into actionable technical specifications.

• Lead feasibility assessments and contribute to long-term platform planning.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, tech, and risk to ensure successful project delivery.

• Support governance processes and ensure compliance with regional regulatory standards.

• Facilitate testing, deployment, and documentation for new platform features.

• Prioritize initiatives and manage stakeholder expectations across departments.
