What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Working experience in Banking - Lending Or on underwriting OR loan digitisation.
- Requirement gathering and elicitation to produce structured Business Requirement Documentations (BRDs) and write functional specifications.
- Project Management to conclude multiple client integrations.
- Speak fluently in Malay and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage clients in direct interaction and willingness to travel.
- Be motivated and ambitious to pursue work without the help or prompting from others.
- 5 - 10 years of total experience distributed across Underwriting/ Loan Digitisation and Business Analyst. You must have experience in a customer facing role.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Analyzing Client Processes: Gain a deep understanding of our clients' existing workflows and practices.
- Capturing Requirements: Accurately identify and document client needs and specifications. Manage project documentation including SOW (BRD, other project artifacts, and delivery plans), detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, scope management and handling change requests, Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Translating Business Needs: Effectively communicate clients' business requirements to the engineering team, ensuring no details are lost in translation.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire implementation process, from gathering requirements to ensuring successful onboarding,
- Stakeholder Engagement: Handle multiple implementations simultaneously, maintaining strong communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for clients for any problem resolution.
- Cross collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Development, QA, Design, Sales, and Support and Manage dependencies across multiple teams and projects.
