What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Minimum 1–2 years of telesales, telemarketing, or call center sales experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets, over the phone.
  • Experience in selling insurance, banking, or financial products is an added advantage.
  • Fluency in Malay and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Target-driven with a proactive, resilient, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage rejections, and meet deadlines.
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Contact potential and existing customers via outbound calls to present, promote and sell insurance products.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
  • Use persuasive communication skills to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s offerings, promotions, and market positioning.
  • Understand customer needs, propose suitable solutions, and handle objections effectively to close sales professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize results.
