telesales (business development)

MNC Insurance Company

Minimum 1–2 years of telesales, telemarketing, or call center sales experience.
Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets, over the phone.
Experience in selling insurance, banking, or financial products is an added advantage.
Fluency in Malay and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
Target-driven with a proactive, resilient, and positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure, manage rejections, and meet deadlines.

Contact potential and existing customers via outbound calls to present, promote and sell insurance products.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
Use persuasive communication skills to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s offerings, promotions, and market positioning.
Understand customer needs, propose suitable solutions, and handle objections effectively to close sales professionally.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize results.
