Who you'll be working for
A pioneering Blockchain Technology Solutions and Digital Asset Services provider.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Degree in HR/Business or related field.
- 4–6 years HR generalist experience, preferably in tech/startup/fintech.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law & statutory contributions.
- Independent, resourceful, able to set up HR from scratch.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Manage full spectrum of HR operations (payroll, statutory compliance, employee records, policies).
- Lead recruitment and onboarding, from sourcing to induction programs.
- Handle employee relations, engagement, and performance reviews.
- Develop salary structure, benefits, and claims (insurance, allowances, etc.).
- Partner with management on workforce planning and HR strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysia Labour Law and regulatory requirements.
