A degree holder in Marketing or a related discipline.
At least 4 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within the retail sector.
Agency background or strong digital marketing experience is a significant advantage.
A true all-rounder with experience across events, digital/social, trade marketing, and media planning.
Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communicator and presenter, fluent in both English and Chinese.
Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
A genuine interest in working for a purpose-driven company that values sustainability and ethics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Events Planning:
Lead the planning and execution of key marketing events and retail activations, acting as the project gatekeeper from concept to completion.
Digital Advertising & Social Media Planning:
Take ownership of the brand’s official website and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat). Drive engagement by generating creative ideas, managing content calendars, and working with agencies to maximize impact.
Integrated Media Planning:
Support the Marketing Manager in developing and monitoring advertising plans, ensuring media buys are effective and deliver a strong ROI.
Trade Marketing & Partnerships:
Actively seek out and manage joint-promotion opportunities with mall partners to maximize brand exposure and drive sales in stores.
E-commerce Support:
Play a key role in driving online growth by managing website content, optimizing traffic, and exploring new marketplace opportunities.
Public Relations Support:
Assist in executing PR strategies, including media pitching, event support, and influencer collaborations.
