What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in IT or related fields.

• At least 2 years of experience in application/system support.

• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• Hands-on experience with system monitoring and hardware troubleshooting.

• Experience with digital kiosk solutions.

• Familiarity with SQL for database queries.

• Solid technical knowledge of Windows and mobile app environments.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Ensure smooth operation and stability of digital applications in live environments.

• Maintain and troubleshoot deployment scripts and configurations.

• Monitor system and hardware performance, escalating issues when necessary.

• Communicate effectively with end-users to resolve technical problems and provide workarounds.

• Document resolution processes and maintain operational standards.

• Provide standby and ad-hoc support during non-office hours and weekends.
