Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in network security operations and design

• Certifications preferred: CCNA, CCNP, CEH, CISSP, CISM, CCSP

• Strong expertise in firewall, VPN, and network administration

• Familiarity with tools and platforms: Fortinet, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Zscaler, Sangfor, Imperva, Cisco, Huawei

• Experience with network protocols (TCP/UDP, OSPF, BGP, VPC, trunking)

• Proficiency in network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Wireshark)

• Bonus: Automation skills (Python, Ansible) and cloud security (AWS, Azure, Alibaba)

• Knowledge of ITIL framework

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Self-driven, collaborative, and able to perform under pressure

What you'll be doing on the job

• Design, deploy, and maintain advanced security technologies: Firewalls, IPS, Proxy, WAF, EDR, DDOS mitigation, NAC

• Oversee network infrastructure: installation, monitoring, optimization, and support

• Conduct audits and reviews of firewall/proxy/WAF configurations

• Implement secure VPN solutions for remote access

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot security issues

• Perform vulnerability assessments and risk analysis

• Maintain detailed documentation of security policies and incidents

• Collaborate with IT teams to embed security across all network layers

• Mentor junior team members and promote continuous improvement

• Support off-hours maintenance and incident response when required
