  • Good proficiency in English and Mandarin (to manage a Mandarin speaking household).

What you'll be doing on the job

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and trustworthy local housekeeper to manage household chores and maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable home. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of performing general housekeeping duties independently.

House Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all areas of the home.
  • Clean bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas.
  • Organize and maintain household items and storage areas.
  • Handle occasional deep-cleaning tasks.

Laundry & Clothing Care

  • Wash, dry, iron, and properly store clothes.
  • Manage household linen and maintain wardrobe organization.

Meal Preparation (Occasional)

  • Prepare simple meals as needed.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.

Household Assistance

  • Assist with grocery shopping or household errands if required.
  • Monitor household supplies and inform employer when replenishment is needed.

Driver & Transport Coordination

  • Coordinate with the household driver regarding schedules, routes, and errands
  • Assist with planning and managing family members’ transportation needs
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure timely service/maintenance
  • Occasionally accompany family members on trips if required

Administrative & Miscellaneous Tasks

  • Supervise or coordinate with other household staff (gardener, cleaners, cook, etc.)
  • Manage household records, bills, and vendor contacts
  • Handle special requests and ad-hoc errands
  • Ensure safety and security of the household
