What you'll be doing on the job
What You’ll Do
- Supervise HR operations on claims, timekeeping and more.
- Champion and maintain adoption of the HR management system across all plants.
- Develop and implement HR policies for talent management, career progression and employee engagement.
- Partner with leadership to plan and execute company and people growth strategies.
