What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Diploma in any Engineering discipline and minimum of two years’ experience in Manufacturing company.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Ensure customer line is supported at all times.
- Support Customer Service Engineer to resolve any issues at the customer end in a timely manner.
- To feedback to Customer Service Engineer accurate & timely information on all issues at the customer plant.
- To support Customer Service Engineer for SQE to evaluate changes made by supplier and carry out fitment at the customer end.
- Support Customer Service Engineer for assurance engineering changes & permits are implemented in
accordance to accepted procedures.
- Monitor the cut off for changes is done correctly and effectively.
- Involve in all rework or reprocessing at the Customer plant.
- Control of non-conforming products.
- Assist in the identification, development and implementation of new work instructions.
- Participate in problem solving teams.
