Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Minimum qualification of a Diploma.
• Preferably with existing work experience in procurement-related duties.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Ensure compliance to regulatory bodies requirements and policies and procedures in accordance with the Company's Procurement Manual
• Work with internal users/stakeholders to ensure that the products and services procured fulfill users' needs
• Collate, tabulate, and recommend all offers and facilitate evaluation
• Ensure all deadlines are met and propose resolutions for any potential delay, whenever possible
• Analyse total cost of ownership, identify, evaluate, and drive negotiation with participating suppliers for best cost and value
• Perform contract administration and ensure records are properly filed and updated in a timely manner if required
• PR to PO Conversion and Order Fulfilment
• Facilitate to resolve any procurement related issues
