Minimum Diploma holder
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Customer-oriented and comfortable with on-site support work
Able to commit to project-based deployment
Transport allowance provided
Meal allowance provided

What you'll be doing on the job

Assist members with data verification at event concourse and expo locations
Station on-site based on project schedule
Support monthly loyalty program mechanics setup
Work closely with CS team to ensure smooth member engagement
Follow standard procedures and data accuracy requirements
