What you'll be doing on the job

The CRM & Market Intelligence Officer manages day-to-day CRM system operations and execution, ensuring smooth running of mechanics, points, and customer issue handling.

  • Execute CRM mechanics setup for promotions, loyalty programme and perks
  • Perform operational members data adjustments and system administration tasks
  • Support CS in CRM-related customer service cases and escalations
  • Support campaign readiness and operational checks
  • Supporting CRM data and reporting
  • Liaise with IT and internal teams on CRM operational matters
