What you'll be doing on the job
The CRM & Market Intelligence Officer manages day-to-day CRM system operations and execution, ensuring smooth running of mechanics, points, and customer issue handling.
- Execute CRM mechanics setup for promotions, loyalty programme and perks
- Perform operational members data adjustments and system administration tasks
- Support CS in CRM-related customer service cases and escalations
- Support campaign readiness and operational checks
- Supporting CRM data and reporting
- Liaise with IT and internal teams on CRM operational matters
