What you'll be doing on the job
Purpose of Role:
Help the logistics team check for abnormal orders and resolve daily disputes among all parties.
Responsibilities:
- Work on internal and external weights and address reconciliations between settlement team and logistics parties.
- Manage disputes or discrepancies with logistics parties when required
- Actively follow‑up with cross‑functional teams regarding queries and cases
- Ad‑hoc data preparation or reconciliation
