Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Experience with ERP systems, specifically in vendor management (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Oracle, etc.) is not required but will be an advantage.
• A lvls or Diploma

What you'll be doing on the job

• • Facilitate the onboarding of new vendors through the use of Supplier Management module on SAP Ariba.
  • Maintain the Vendor Master Data system to ensure all supplier information is accurate and up to date.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal vendor creation and registration requests and external vendor inquiries via email
  • Resolve any inconsistencies in the vendor data between Ariba and SAP as necessary.
  • Ensure all vendor information is compliant with internal standards and requirements.
  • Assist with any other operational duties as assigned.
