Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Experience in digital transformation project management/execution, preferably in financial services/insurance
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and documentation skills
• Familiarity with tools like MS Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence
• 5+ years’ experience in relevant roles is preferred
• Degree in Business or related fields; project or transformation certifications are a plus (but not mandatory)

What you'll be doing on the job

• Support implementation of new platforms and capabilities while maintaining existing distribution systems — including collaboration with engineering, business analysis and product teams
• Facilitate requirement discussions, review user stories, and help ensure business requirements are captured accurately
• Work with Technology and QA teams on UAT, sign-offs, defect logging and prioritisation, and operational readiness for releases
• Help prepare training materials and communications for new releases to drive business readiness and adoption
• Monitor project progress, track risks/issues, provide updates, and escalate where necessary
