• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills; comfortable delivering persuasive, high-impact sales pitches.
• Deep understanding of cosmeceutical products, skin biology basics, and relevant regulatory considerations (e.g., labeling, claims).
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage a travel-heavy schedule, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, with superior organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting; adept at capturing activities, forecasts, and customer insights.

What you'll be doing on the job

Proactively prospect and develop new business relationships with medical practices, beauty clinics, and professional salons in the local market.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate lasting partnerships with existing clients.
• Demonstrate and promote our extensive cosmeceutical product range, clearly communicating features, benefits, and ROI to decision-makers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute targeted sales strategies and field campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions; provide regular, data-driven progress reports to management.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and regulatory considerations affecting cosmeceutical products.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and local business events to generate leads and brand awareness.
