What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 1–3 years of HR generalist or HR admin experience (adjustable)
• Familiar with Singapore employment laws and HR practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to handle confidential information

What you'll be doing on the job

• Handle the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, leave management, and employee records
• Support recruitment activities such as job postings, interview coordination, onboarding, and exit processes
• Manage HR administration and documentation, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
• Liaise with relevant authorities on statutory matters such as CPF, MOM, IRAS, and work pass administration
• Assist in HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives
• Provide day-to-day HR support and handle ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks
