Degree in Human Resources (HR) or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant HR experience
Meticulous, analytical and able to work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving skills and multi-tasking abilities
Able to work independently and work well across teams in a matrix organization

What you'll be doing on the job
HR Operations: HR letters, Insurance enrollment, Immigration operations (Work pass application & renewal, FWL/EPOL/WPOL), Employee onboarding and offboarding, Create, update, and maintain employees’ personal data and records
HR invoices processing
Responsible for Government / MOM related surveys
Provide recruitment coordination support to HR business partners
Provide coordination support to payroll processing team; related to employee queries, any other ad-hoc payroll activities
Support in HR transformation and HR data/analytics work
Act as point of contact for all HR audit matters
Provide general operational support for Singapore HR team
