At least a relevant degree/diploma in HR management or related fields preferred
Minimum 1 year of relevant recruitment support or coordination experience in a multinational work environment, in collaboration with multiple international stakeholders
Able to work in a dynamic team-based environment
Able to navigate complex processes across multiple systems
Candidates with immediate availability will have an advantage

What you'll be doing on the job
Support full spectrum of interview coordination (from interview to onboarding)
Liaise with candidates on document collation upon offer acceptance
Collect & verify required documents post offer acceptance
Arrange and schedule medical check-ups, mandatory training, and related tasks
Coordinate Submission/management-Work Pass applications, including insurance with HR Services team
Verification of medical check -up reports and liaise with TA for escalation cases
Finalize of start work date with candidates
Inform TA on finalized join date to issue updated offer letter (as required
Collection of cancellation pass and Issuance of Work Pass upon commencement of employment
General administrative support related to the above services including paperwork administration for ERP program
Perform ad-hoc related duties as assigned by the manager
