Who you'll be working for
Client is a global F&B business, originating from Hong Kong.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations) are beneficial.
- Familiarity with the Food & Beverage or Retail Sector is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of D365 FO modules, with strong expertise in the Finance module.
- Demonstrated ability to work in teams and assist in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with data migration, conducting UAT, and user training is preferable.
- Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) ERP products, with
a focus on Finance.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a basic ability to address technical issues.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of financial accounting principles, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to assist in comprehensive system testing, quality assurance, data migration, UAT, and training
activities.
- Openness to learning about third-party integrations and extensions relevant to finance and POS operations.
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.

What you'll be doing on the job
- Lead the analysis, design, and support of D365FO modules related to Finance , ensuring alignment with
business needs across multiple regions and business units (BUs).
- Independently gather business requirements from various BUs, translate these into functional
specifications, and configure the system to meet business objectives.
- Oversee and execute system testing of changes and enhancements to ensure accuracy, reliability, and
performance across diverse regions and business units.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Finance modules, ensuring the application of industry best practices to
enhance operational efficiency and maintain compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, solution architects, and project managers,
to ensure successful delivery of projects that meet the needs of global business units.
- Act as the primary support point for troubleshooting and resolving issues, offering support to end-users
across multiple regions and ensuring timely solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, business processes,
functional design, and issue resolutions to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across global teams.
- Drive continuous improvement by staying updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 advancements, industry
trends, and recommending system improvements that enhance business processes.
- Lead training initiatives across multiple regions, ensuring that end-users are proficient in utilizing the ERP
system to its full potential for financial and operational activities.
- Evaluate and manage third-party integrations and extensions, ensuring they are aligned with business
needs and improve system functionality.
- Mentor junior team members, while driving individual professional growth, and proactively contribute to
the broader team’s goals for successful project delivery.
