Who you'll be working for
The client is a Singaporean telecommunications company.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment
- Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, job boards, and ATS platforms
- Strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and build recruitment expertise
- Passion for candidate experience and stakeholder support
What you'll be doing on the job
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from requisition intake to offer acceptance.
- Conduct resume screening, initial candidate assessments, and interview coordination.
- Support role scoping and interview calibration discussions.
- Manage agency coordination for assigned roles when required.
- Participate in TA projects and initiatives (e.g. process improvements, system enhancements).
- Support People Operations to ensure seamless handover from offer acceptance to onboarding.
