Who you'll be working for
The client is a Singaporean telecommunications company.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment
  • Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, job boards, and ATS platforms
  • Strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and build recruitment expertise
  • Passion for candidate experience and stakeholder support
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from requisition intake to offer acceptance.
  • Conduct resume screening, initial candidate assessments, and interview coordination.
  • Support role scoping and interview calibration discussions.
  • Manage agency coordination for assigned roles when required.
  • Participate in TA projects and initiatives (e.g. process improvements, system enhancements).
  • Support People Operations to ensure seamless handover from offer acceptance to onboarding.
