What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Diploma holder
- Relevant computer skills

- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
What you'll be doing on the job
- To ensure all Direct Credit bank account registration transactions are attended and meet/ exceeded department’s performance metrics and standards.
- Attending to simple correspondence, ICM and telephone enquiries from policyholders, branches and agents relating to Direct Credit matters in a clear, accurate and timely manner via different channel, i.e Email, letter, ICM, Call Centre escalations.
- Any ad-hoc duties as and when given by the management.
